Mission & Vision
Rooted in compassion. Committed to lasting recovery.
Our Mission
To serve women with a diagnosed substance use disorder by offering a structured, accountable, and compassionate environment that supports long-term recovery, personal growth, and community reintegration.
We are committed exclusively to individuals with a substance use disorder. Through evidence-based practices, peer support, and a dignified home environment, Lotus House empowers each resident to build resilience, restore independence, and reclaim a meaningful life in recovery.
Our Vision
A community where every woman in recovery has access to a safe, supportive home and the resources she needs to thrive — not just survive.
We envision a Fort Smith where recovery is celebrated, stigma is replaced with understanding, and every woman who walks through our doors leaves with the tools, confidence, and community to build a life she loves.
